Junior Leadership Team
Chloe McAllister, Head Pupil
My name is Chloe McAllister. I really wanted to be a member of the JLT in order to improve student-teacher relations and to help develop every student’s overall experience at Northfield. I plan of doing this with the introduction of my pupil teaching and learning group and also with my involvement in Northfield’s aim to celebrate every student’s extra-curricular endeavours. As some of you may know, I am starting my Grade 7 classical piano and I feel this is a fantastic forum to discuss achievements such as this. I look forward to being involved in Northfield’s celebration of achievement and I am excited to be a head girl who can make a difference.
Jacob Johnson, Head Pupil
My name’s Jacob Johnson and I’m excited to be this year’s Head Boy. I’m looking forward to supporting projects around the school and making a positive impact. In school, I enjoy English, PE and French. Outside of school I’m passionate about sports such as cricket and football and have captained Cleveland County Cricket Team. This year, working with the rest of the JLT and prefects, we hope to enhance achievement inside and outside of school and celebrate it so people know how talented our community is.
Lottie Smith, Deputy Head Pupil
Hi, I'm Lottie, deputy head pupil. My favourite subjects are English and history and outside of school I enjoy baking and police cadets. I am looking forward to representing the school within the next year, and helping support the celebration of achievement across the school community.
Eleanor Sharp, Deputy Head Pupil
Hello, I'm Eleanor Sharp and I'm very happy to be the Deputy Head Pupil. I enjoy reading, swimming, dogs and generally being outside. I have previously had many roles including being a school librarian, a sports leader and a STEM ambassador. I am very excited to see what new responsibilities and opportunities this role will bring.
Lead Prefects
Lydia Margetts
Hi, I’m Lydia, a Head Prefect in the Junior Leadership Team. My favourite subjects are English and Geography. Outside of school, I enjoy playing netball and spending time with family and friends. As a head prefect my role is to show the core values around school and to help other prefects by supporting their ideas to enhance the role at Northfield.
Millie Easby
I'm Millie, one of three Lead Prefects at Northfield School this year. I believe that it is this year's JLT's desire to bring life to Northfield by adding so many exciting ideas. We all hope that our efforts inspire those of all year groups who may be in our position next year. I'm particularly passionate about all things equestrian and have competed successfully myself up to Novice with aims for Elementary early into 2023. An injury has set my horse back in his training, but we are both proving resilient (one of the core values!).
Isla Rose Murray
Hi my name is Isla Rose, and I’m excited to be a part of this year's junior leadership team as a head prefect. I would love to be able to help other students and help around the school. My favourite subjects are RE and science. Outside of school, I enjoy ballroom dancing and reading.
