Covid-19 Vaccinations - Tuesday 1st March

As you may be aware, schools across the country have been designated by Chief Medical Officers to host COVID-19 vaccinations for young people in years 7-11 (aged 12 and above.)

Local School Aged Immunisation Services (SAIS), commissioned by NHS England and Improvement, are responsible for delivering the COVID-19 vaccination to this age group and they will be coming into Northfield on the Tuesday 1st March to facilitate this offer. The offer of vaccination is for first AND second vaccinations.

We have sent out communication to all parents/carers today highlighting your child’s eligibility to receive this vaccination and invites you, as parents and carers, to offer your consent.

We must stress that we are a host site for the vaccinations and only children who have parental consent will be offered the vaccination.

If you wish your child to receive the vaccination, please follow the link below. Please note consents need to be submitted before 23.59pm on 20th February 2022.

Your child will only be given the vaccine of you consent to it.

Any questions should be relayed to the local immunisation service on the number below. We as a school provide the space and the access to the pupils, the immunisation service completes the process. Thank you for your support and understanding with this process.

How do I give my consent?

1. Go to
