Independent Learning
To provide additional support for pupils, to foster a love of learning, and to provide clarity around assessments, pupils all have access to Independent Learning resources. Each resource has been carefully created to ensure pupils have clarity over what they’ll be assessed on, how marks will be awarded for their assessments, example responses from pupils, and a range of materials to help pupils recall, develop and apply the Critical skills and knowledge needed to succeed. Additionally, the resources contain information to help foster a love of learning by signposting pupils to future careers and wider reading around a particular theme or topic.
Each year group will have access to three Independent Learning resources for each subject - one for Assessment Point (AP) 1, 2 and 3. This is, in essence, their revision for each assessment completed during the three Assessment weeks. These can be found below.
