Northfield School is a large 11-16 community school and specialist sports college. We are an ambitious
and inclusive school with state-of-the-art facilities and interactive technology in a well-resourced
newly refurbished main building and a separate Year 7 school.

Following an inspection in February 2023, Ofsted judged the school to be good in all areas. This is a
great time to join the school and a fantastic leadership opportunity for the right colleague.

We are seeking an inspirational, highly motivated and committed teacher and leader to join us to
lead and manage our English Department. The successful candidate will lead a large and
exceptionally well-resourced department and will have a proven track record of recent exam success
at GCSE.

This is a key post for the future strategic development of the school and a fantastic opportunity for
