Stage Coach Bus Strikes

We have been made aware that Stage Coach are planning a 24-hour strike of their bus services which will affect Stockton on the following dates:

November 8th, 10th, 12th, 16th, 18th, 20th, 22nd, 24th, 26th and 30th

December 2nd and 4th

As a result, this may cause disruption for our pupils who travel to and from school using these services.

If the Stage Coach bus strikes go ahead as we will be offering pupils a minibus morning pick up (not drop off at home time). This will be at 8:30am, from two pick up points:

• Crooksbarn Estate bus stop (opposite Red House School)

• Outside St Cuthbert’s Church, Billingham.

A minibus will be at the pick up points at 8.30am if the bus strikes take place. More than one trip may be needed depending on the numbers of pupils needing to be transported.
